In 2024, he voluntarily resigned from the practice of law to focus on his true passion: helping people address conflict and rebuild relationships by putting truth at the center.

As a lawyer, he worked at law firms of all sizes, including a large international firm, a mid-sized firm and managing his own law practice.
His experience was just as diverse, including many different types of litigation, from patents to environmental to bankruptcy to probate.

He regularly sought to build bridges with opposing counsel and open channels of communication that would eventually help resolve the case and reduce client costs.

RoSho became a certified mediator with Ron Kelly, one of the leading mediators in the state of California.

The various perspectives he brings to his mediations incorporate a broad understanding of Eastern and Western philosophies, as well as systemic psychology and Carl Jung’s insights.

RoSho’s mediations are unlike any other mediation that the parties have attended or may ever attend.

RoSho completed a degree in Chemical Engineering from UCLA and obtained a Juris Doctorate from UC Davis School of Law. He has a son, a daughter, a Great Dane and a Berne-doodle.
